This California Consumer Privacy Notice ("Notice") supplements the SCN Capital Privacy Policy and applies to California residents whose personal information we collect through our website, www.scn-capital.com, in connection with marketing and informational activities.
Important scope note: Personal information that SCN Capital collects from its advisory clients in connection with providing investment advisory services is governed by Regulation S-P and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA") and is exempt from the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"). This Notice instead addresses personal information collected from website visitors, prospective clients, and other individuals whose information is not covered by that GLBA exemption.
